30-day return window
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please contact PopsyToys within 30 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after review.
Shipping
Some products are sourced from overseas suppliers, so delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery timing should be confirmed during checkout.
Privacy
The storefront stores cart contents in your browser. Supabase provides catalog and checkout services, and Stripe processes payment information. PopsyToys does not receive your full card number. Information is used only to operate the shop, fulfil orders and provide support, subject to applicable law.
